Sauren pounced upon the two from behind, he silenced one with a well placed stab through the trachea, then in a whir sliced the other in half. It was only too slim a margin he had to eviscerate the rest of this patrol, but he had no doubt in the power of the force. Sauren dashed into the trees, this time remaining wary as to where he stepped. Two mandalorians on the right of him, two on the left and the last of the patrol right in front. Sauren stood still for just a moment to allow them to react, he jumped as the blasters went off.

Sauren jumped at the precise moment, allow him to evade the initial volley of blaster fire. The Mandalorians continued firing toward him but always seemed to miss the Jedi Shadow. Soon, Sauren had disappeared into the trees out of sight of the Mandalorians below. Once they no longer had a view on the Jedi one of the Mandalorians reached up toward his comm to alert the rest of the base.

Sauren sent his saber through the face of the Mandalorian about to signal, then pushed the other to the ground before grabbing his weapon again. With high speed and precision, Sauren deflected a shot back into the face of one mandalorian in the patrol now to his lower right. That left just three, Sauren sent a force push to the two right behind him, then went after the last one left standing, it would be a close call, he had precious little time to stop him from alerting the rest.

The last Mandalorian stood alone in the jungle. He heart pounded against his chest as one by one the rest of his patrol was taken out. He knew by now that his weapon would do little damage to the Jedi and felt that his only chance would be to alert the base. Clouds rolled in quickly and sound were drenching the area with a downpour of rain. Ahead of the Mandalorian stood the Jedi, his searing orange blade sizzling as water droplets crashed into it. He knew this was his only chance so the Mandalorian quickly reached down and unhooked a flash-bang grenade from his belt and threw it at the ground near the Jedi's feet. Before Sauren had a chance to react the grenade went off, temporarily blinding and deafening him. With this opportunity the Mandalorian began sprinting back toward the base, hoping to save his life and alert the base.

Sauren stumbled forward, everything was white and he couldn't hear a sound but he could sense the danger, he couldn't let his prey get away from him. As soon as the effects hard worn from his eyes he began pursuit, the mandalorian would not have a chance to contact the base, and he would not have a chance to escape intact, the rain made traveling tricky, the last thing he needed was another Orbalisk accident right now.
He could see his target just ahead, the fool must have forgotten his com, in the heat of battle he lost his wits, strange for a Mandalorian. Sauren dodged a tree and vaulted over some fallen logs meeting the patrolman at a parallel, then he crossed over stopping him in his tracks, and it was a dead end, this was it.
Sauren swept his blade down in a wide arc, there would be no mercy here.

The Mandalorian continued to sprint through the jungle toward the compound. He was not yet ready for his life to end and pausing to call in the disturbance could cost him. Even though he was running for his life, his breathing was steady and controlled. The rain fell loudly on his metallic armor and the muddy ground slowed his run. Out of the corner of his eye he saw an unnatural orange glow that made him ill. A moment later the Jedi stood in front of him and before he knew it, the Mandalorian was falling to the ground in two separate pieces.
The patrol had finally been eliminated and Sauren could only wonder how much easier a stealthy approach could have gone. By now, night had fallen on the Demon Moon and the heavy rain would help to conceal Sauren's movements through the base. He now had little time to preform the assassination due to the incident with the patrol. He peered at the base through the trees and noticed both a low point in the wall and that the wall was constructed of a light metal.
Sorry it took me a while to respond.
