"No signs of a counter-attack, and hardly any resistance on a world as vital as Manaan, how pathetic. After hearing tales of the Mandalorian Wars I expected difficult battles, and much honor to be won. NOT A MASSACRE!" Kelvar stated as he paced around his makeshift war room.
"The Jedi were mere padawans though. Perhaps the knights and masters will prove a worthy challenge. And after we defeat the Republic, perhaps the Sith will prove a challenge to our power."
He turned around to be face to face with Darth Viper. "I would hope you were just getting ahead of yourself. I could kill you in a hundred ways, each of them nowhere near your idea of 'honorable'. Now, has the kolto supply been poisoned?" She asked coolly. "Yes my lady. You plan to draw the Republic in, by making them believe we need the kolto for ourselves?" Kelvar asked. "Yes. Perhaps you are not as dumb-witted as I believed. For a Mandalorian not only are your skills in battle superb, you appear to great tactical thinking, and the presence of the force which you will no doubt deny."

Rondor sat quietly in his room, waiting for the ship to take off. After a few minutes, the engines rumbled and The Negotiator took off toward the outer atmosphere of the planet. It took a few minutes, but they eventually were high above the surface. By then Rondor had made his way to the bridge. He stood still for a moment, pondering something in his mind. Then, he looked up and said, "Captain take us to Manaan."
"Yes sir." he said in response before reiterating the order to the crew.

((Elfy unless you plan to slip in quietly in a fighter from that ship it's going to be more destroyed than the titanic ))
"Yeah, I'm force sensitive or whatever you call it, but I'm not going to use it. It's the code of my people, and unfair in battle." Kelvar replied harshly. "Yet it's presence grows stronger within you every day. You should not be so ready to assume the Republic destroyed however. A cruiser is on the way to Manaan, whatever their intensions are they are not beneficial to our cause, I suggest you deal with them."

ooc: Oh, I had intended to come under a banner of non-aggression but since you put it that way.
Bic:
The Illuminator came in just out of scanner range, just encase the opposition would reject the non-aggression hailing and simply commence fire. Rondor had boarded a small, one man stealth fighter, and, while it was not his policy, planed to scout his enemy before contacting them. He silently took off from the ship and slowly made his way into the enemy airspace, stealth systems active of course.
He soon was able to recognize the Mandalorian ships and was glad. While their sudden attack was brutal and unprovoked, the Mandalorians maintained a code of honor. Rondor hoped that he would be able to appeal to this sense of honor to negotiate a ceasefire for a short period, at the very least.
Something else troubled Rondor though. A dark presence skirted about in the back of his mind, though he was strangely unable to find a source. Nevertheless, to the Mandalorians honor was life and it was unlikely that anything other than a massively powerful force could cause them to break their code.
Rondor docked in The Illuminator and made his way to the bridge. "Captain make your way carefully into their airspace and hail them once they have located our ship. Fear not, it will not be long until they notice us."

"Have a few fighters bring the ship in. Bring them to the port and direct them to the main chamber Kelvar directed to several Mandalorians."
Minutes later several Mandalorian fights showed up on either side of the capital ship. "Illuminator, we have been instructed to take you in. Further instructions will be given upon arrival."

The Captain spoke into the comm, "Very well we will comply." Unfortunately for them there wasn't much they could do.

(( long post ))
The ship landed, and several Mandalorians came out to escort the Jedi to the main chamber. All other crew members were forced to stay onboard. The Mandalorians escorted Rondor to the door then left. "So Master Jedi, why have you come?"

Rondor was slightly irked by the lack of formalities, but realized that not all cultures felt that formalities were necessary. He looked at the Mandalorian with an air of understanding and said, "I have come to discuss the attack on Republic occupied Manaan. You have invaded without provocation during a time of peace. Why is this?"

Kelvar took his helmet off, and began to talk. "Obviously you know some of our culture. Mandalorians are warriors, and it is our life's goal to die in battle. We attacked Manaan for two reasons. First, in our opinion the Republic is dying. Forgive me for this, but we want the best fight we can get from you, and in our opinion the time is now. Second, we wanted to relive the old days; when tens of thousands of Republic soldiers and Mandalorian warriors fought feriociously against each other. For several generations Mandalorians have been uncapabale of taking part in great battles, now is the time.
I understand that due to your culture, this isn't your ideal meeting. However I am stressed for time, and I have not been trained in political formalities."

Rondor could smell the scent of battle on the Mandalorian, and the presence of the Force in him. But his time could not be spent speaking of such things. "No, it is not a problem at all, I sometimes wish that some would be as straightforward as yourself." he said. He was glad that he had managed to correct himself with the word"straightforward" as opposed to "blunt". Rondor, although respectful of the Mandalorians, was still not quite so sure that they wouldn't just have him killed. Fortunately, being a diplomat, he had become versed in the ways of hiding his emotions and showed no fear in his face.
"I am curious. As you said it is your wish to fight ferociously in battle against each other. How do you expect such a fight from a weakened military and weary soldiers? We have been fighting the Sith for many years now."
Rondor didn't want to give away to much information to the Mandalorians but it would be worth it if he could prevent a war here and now. "Your battles against the Republic will be more a slaughter than a glorious battle for the ages. Yes, there is honor in battle. But is there honor in being the firing squad?"
