A remake of my first successful roleplay ever, I want to make it again because there's no real plot. You can do whatever you want (well, to a certain extent). It wasn't called Shadow War, but whatever. And also, no one on this site was roleplaying (at least on Runescape) when this was made. ----------------- The galaxy was at a standstill. The Sith, who were expecting an easy victory against the Republic had ended up fighting a much harder fight. The Republic was on the verge of collapse. It's resources had been exhausted, and new soldiers were becomming harder to find, and much harder to equip. The Sith, who wanted a break in the fighting to re-organize and re-equip offered the broken Republic a two year cease-fire, which the Republic gladly accepted.
The current Dark Lady of the Sith was not actually a humanoid. She was a creation of the Dark Side, beautiful, intelligent, and lethal. Although she had given the Republic a cease-fire, she had offered the Mandalorians a chance to gain fame by attacking the Republic, and gaining revenge for the Mandalorian Wars. This time there would be no Revan to stop them. The Mandalorians eagerly accepted, and began arming for war.
The Republic was not fairing so well. People and senators blamed the Jedi Order for their loss, and destroyed the Grand Temple. The Jedi returned to their ancient temple on Dantooine, recruiting new members to the order. The Republic fleet now consisted of a few capital ships, and several pleasure-ships turned cruisers.
How will the war go? Will the Mandalorian raiders be turned against their Sith Masters? (Insert charismatic reason for you to join here).

Rules 1. No application is needed. Just make sure your first post with each character explains who they are, who they're fighting for, and their age, gender, so on. 2. Don't do all the power-playing, god-moding, you know. 3. Max of two characters *COUGH*TCAT*COUGH*. 4. Yes you can be a Mandalorian, but you cannot be Mandalore, or be Mandalore's kin. The only exception is me for plot reasons, and I will play Mandalore's son for huge plot reasons. 5. Mandalorians DO NOT use lightsabers, any other weapons are fine. 6. I am the apprentice of the Dark Lady, I will only play the Dark Lady for plot reasons. You can be a Sith Lord, though. 7. Be active, OR ELSE.

Travin Rondor, a Caamasi Jedi Master, stood aboard The Negotiator.
"Master Rondor we have arrived at Coruscant. We will be landing within the hour."
Rondor turned, his dark brown fur gleaming in the light. "Thank you Captain." he said before walking off of the bridge into a corridor. One could see the age in his eyes but other than that, no one would guess that he was actually in his early 50s.
As he walked through the hallway, he recalled the meeting with the Sith. Both the Republic and the Sith were at their edge and more than willing to have a break from war. Unfortunately, a scar that stretched across the entirety of his back reminded Travin that the Sith could never be trusted. At least they had come to an agreement with the Sith, peace would remain for two years.
He came to his room and began to prepare his luggage.

Erin, mostly known as Darth Viper stood on the observation deck of her ship The Ravager. She viewed the moon of Onderon, Dxun and the Mandalorian fleet. "I doubt the Republic will survive the Mandalorians this time. Except for a few Jedi they have no capable soldiers..."
She had once been a Jedi herself, and was a promising student. However, her quick progression caused her to become impatient and leave the order. Her master found her in a cantina where she was serving drinks. At age 19 she became the her apprentice, and now she was 21.

As Rondor had finished gathering his things a voice came over the intercom, "Attention: We have landed on Coruscant, the crew will have five hours on the planet and will report back when those hours are up."
Rondor smiled, the Captain was a good man, and an even better commander. Unfortunately, he had never received the recognition that he deserved and was still only the Captain of a MC18 light freighter. Not a glamorous job but working for the Jedi did have its benefits.
He exited the freighter and began to make his way toward the Jedi Temple.

Meanwhile on Dxun, Kelvar, son of Mandalore prepared for the upcoming war. He had won much honor in the Mandalorian clans. He was champion of the battle circle, and had raided a few worlds on the Outer Rims.
He walked into the war room, and saw his father speaking with the Dark Lord. He didn't trust her, she always eyed him suspiciously. Although he did hate her Jedi ways, he knew he had them too. During a battle something inside him told him to dodge left, which narrowly saved his life. As much as Kelvar tried to ignore it, this presence grew stronger every day. "Greetings father, my lady." He said as he took his helmet off. "Ah son, I hoped you would come soon. My friend has requested you lead the initial raid on Manaan. We have no need for this kolto, but the Republic needs it greatly. You are to capture the planet, and destroy the kolto."
"Yes father, I will go immediately."Kelvar bowed, then grabbed his helmet and walked off.

The smoldering ruins of the Jedi Temple was an awesome, albeit a depressing sight. Rondor walked up to the ruins respectfully. He placed his three fingers on the cold metal of the decaying structure. He shuddered slightly, but more so from the power resonating from the ghost of the structure, than the actual chill of the metal.
Rondor sighed in sadness before standing and making his way toward a cantina. He had another four hours until the ship took off to the makeshift Jedi Temple.

Kelvar stood in the hangar bay of his ship. There were several hundred soldiers in his ship, and his hologram was being transmitted to every other ship. "Mandalorians! For too long we have stayed scattered and divided. Now, today the Republic will once more fear us. We are warriors, and the greatest honor for us is to die upon the battlefield. Go now and claim your honor!" The Mandalorians chanted for several lines of their code then entered their basilisk war droids. Tens of thousands of war droids flew threw the atmosphere, blocking any light on Manaan.
The Selkaths were no real threat, but there was a small Republic garrison on the planet. After securing the planet, the Mandalorians sorrounded the garrison. Kelvar grinned "The cowards of the Republic believe their forts will save them! They underestimate our skills."
A heavy cannon blew open the doors of the garrison, and the Mandalorians rushed in. In a few minutes, the Republic force was mainly wiped out, with two Jedi and a few officers taken captive.

Rondor entered a cantina known as "Sith's Spit." Despite the name, the cantina had no known affiliation but the Jedi had always checked up on the cantina occasionally. Though today, Rondor was not here on business for the Jedi, he just wanted a drink.
He made his way up to the bar without incident. "Jawa Juice, please." The human bartender looked at him for a moment before nodding and moving away to pour the drink.
~Breaking News! Reports are coming in that Manaan has been attacked by unknown forces. Although the predominant rumors include the Sith and, strangely, the Mandalorians. Though nothing has yet been confirmed. All that is known is that this enemy has conquered Manaan with surprising speed. We will continue to update as we learn more...~
Rondor looked troubled as he took a sip of his drink. If rumors were to be trusted, either of these factions being responsible for the conquest was a severely troubling prospect. As he stood, Rondor took a few credits from his belt and placed them on the table, leaving his drink looking as if the bartender had simply not filled the glass to the fullest.
"Captain. If you would call back the crew. We need to leave." Rondor said into his comm link before placing it back in his belt.
